UK: The Beaumont Mayfair has appointed Lisa Goodwin-Allen as culinary director, because the resort prepares to launch its new restaurant Rosi, opening in autumn 2025.
Goodwin-Allen will oversee the culinary course of the luxurious Mayfair resort, working carefully with CEO Stuart Procter and government chef Brendan Fyldes.
The appointment reunites the trio, who beforehand labored collectively at Northcote and The Stafford London.
Goodwin-Allen has held a Michelin star at Northcote in Lancashire for 23 years and is broadly revered for her championing of British produce, trade mentorship, and dedication to culinary coaching.
