Inspiring Success: Smoke-Free After 56 Years

This week, CBQ Program member Mary Anne DiNublia from California, US, celebrated 2 years smoke-free. Mary Anne broke a 56-year dependancy! After almost 6 a long time of smoking and a number of failed makes an attempt, she by no means imagined this program would work. However she wished to attempt, and she or he did each step.

Inspiring Milestone

This week CBQ Program member Lisa Cunningham from British Columbia, Canada, celebrated 3 years smoke-free. After tons of analysis Lisa joined the CBQ Program with the will to chop down on her smoking, and hopefully… give up. She wasn’t positive if she may give up smoking utterly. All she knew is that she would do her finest.
