- 2 oz. Penelope Rosé
- 6 oz. Ginger Beer (or swap for membership soda for those who favor it much less candy)
- Garnish: Strawberry + Mint
Preparation
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour Penelope Rosé into the glass.
- Add ginger beer to high.
- Garnish with strawberries and mint.

A Penelope Twist on the Arnold Palmer
Components
- 2 oz. Penelope Barrel Energy
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 ½ oz. Lemon Juice
- 3 oz. Iced Tea
- Garnish: Lemon Slice
Preparation
- Add lemon juice and honey to a shaker and stir till the honey dissolves.
- Pour in iced tea and Penelope Barrel Energy.
- Fill with ice, shake effectively, and pressure right into a glass over ice.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.

Penelope Spritz
Components
- 2 oz. Penelope Bourbon
- ½ oz. Sage Easy Syrup
- 3 oz. Prosecco
- ¾ oz. Lemon
- Garnish: Lemon Slice
Preparation
- Mix Penelope, lemon juice, and sage easy syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake till effectively chilled.
- Pour over ice and high off with Prosecco.
