Inspiring Milestone
This week, CBQ Stop Smoking Program member Patti Murphy from Maryland, US, celebrated 3 years smoke-free after 40 years of smoking!
Patti began smoking when she was a young person, and tried to give up many instances. Although she was in a position to abstain from smoking, for years at a time, she had fixed cravings, which brought on her to relapse. After finishing the Cognitive Behavioral Quitting (CBQ) Program in two weeks, Patti give up smoking for good!
Over a 12 months after her give up date, Patti had zero cravings and saved over $4000.

3 years later, Patti continues to be a cheerful non-smoker.

Patti’s Tip: Permit your self to really feel the liberty!
“For me it has been a matter of permitting myself to really feel the liberty. Generally we’re so hung up on a foul behavior that we fail to internalize the nice we’re doing once we draw back. This week, our lovely CBQ Stop Smoking Program member Jessica Pagano from Western Australia celebrated 1 12 months smoke-free!
