Jersey Beverage Community, LLC, an affiliate of Fedway Associates Inc., introduced it’s going to purchase Ritchie & Web page Distributing Firm, a family-owne
d and operated enterprise and a member of the Anheuser-Busch New Jersey wholesaler community. Topic to provider approvals, Jersey Beverage Community will assume Ritchie & Web page’s beer distribution operations in Burlington, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean and elements of Camden and Hunterdon counties.
Ritchie & Web page is situated in Robbinsville, NJ. The transaction is predicted to shut in early January. Phrases weren’t disclosed.
This acquisition expands Fedway’s enterprise into the beer class, and the corporate stated the transfer additional advances Fedway’s mission to be New Jersey’s “premier full-service distributor throughout wine, spirits and now beer.”
Headquartered in Basking Ridge, NJ, family-owned Fedway Associates serves over 7,000 licenses throughout the state. As a part of this transition, Chris Natale, Emma Natale and Jack Natale of the Ritchie & Web page crew will proceed of their present roles to make sure continuity for retail companions, suppliers and staff.
