Atlanta, GA-based constructing supplies distributor US LBM has acquired XO Home windows — a regional provider and installer of home windows and doorways, serving residential and industrial builders throughout the Phoenix and Las Vegas-Henderson metro areas.

Based in 2008, XO Home windows offers a variety of product choices, together with vinyl, aluminum and specialty-shape home windows, in addition to exterior, inside and sliding glass doorways, lots of which exceed Vitality Star necessities.
In a Jan. 20 information launch, US LBM acknowledged that Phoenix-based XO Home windows is considered one of Arizona’s largest window distributors, with places in Tucson and Henderson, NV. The Phoenix operation has been built-in into US LBM’s Arizona Constructing Provide (AZBS) division, led by Mike Dykstra, AZBS Market President. The Nevada places joined US LBM’s Desert Firms division, led by Terry Ono, President, Desert Firms. XO Home windows now operates in US LBM’s northwest and southwest areas.
“XO Home windows has a robust management staff and a high-performing, well-organized operation,” stated Steve Quick, Regional Vice President for US LBM’s southwest area, and Scott Richter, RVP for the northwest area. “They’re changing into a robust companion for places throughout our western areas and for all of us at US LBM.”
“We’re proud to welcome XO Home windows to US LBM,” added US LBM President and CEO L.T. Gibson. “I’m assured this partnership will strengthen our potential to serve two of the strongest metro areas for brand spanking new house building within the nation. I stay up for what we’ll accomplish collectively.”
Earlier LBM acquisitions in 2025 included Calabash, NC-based Seaside Window and Door on March 6; Pewamo, MI-based Goodrich Bros, introduced on Feb. 6; and Nashville, TN-based Walker Lumber & Provide, introduced on Feb. 4.
US LBM was No. 6 on MDM’s High Distributors Record for Constructing Supplies/Building.
