Café Cabana
Substances
- 1 oz. Actual McCoy 3 Yr Aged Rum
- 1/2 oz. Veritable Espresso Liqueur
- 1/4 oz. John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum
- 1 oz. Contemporary Brewed Espresso (or Chilly Brew Focus)
- 3/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 oz. Cream of Coconut
- 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Preparation
- Mix all substances with cubed ice and shake till very chilly.
- Pressure and serve up in a big coupe.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
