Mountainland Provide Firm has acquired Northern Energy Tools — a Centerville, UT-based energy, utility and electrical wholesale distributor.
Phrases of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Orem, UT-based Mountainland Provide stated the acquisition expands its presence within the electrical utility market and strengthens its capacity to serve contractors, municipalities and utility suppliers all through the Intermountain West.
