Italy: A Nineteenth-century property has been reimagined as The Monteleone, a boutique resort in rural Umbria.
The resort provides 17 rooms throughout six room classes. Rome-based structure and design agency STUDIOTAMAT curated 4 of the retreat’s signature suites.
Facilities embody a seasonal outside pool and bar, open-air spa, a fitness center with Technogym tools, The Bistrot serving platters and small plates, barefoot sensory path and adjoining olive grove.
Section two of the opening in autumn 2026 will see The Bristrot introduce a devoted dinner service.
The Monteleone’s summer season programme may also embody eating occasions resembling weekly BBQs, pizza nights, and a month-to-month porchetta night time. As well as, the resort will introduce a weekly open-air cinema in its courtyard.
