On November 14, 2025, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as receiver and supervisor (the “Receiver”) of all of the belongings, undertakings and properties of Exro Know-how Inc., DPM Applied sciences Inc. and Cellex Vitality Inc. (the “Debtors”) pursuant to an Order of the Courtroom of King’s Bench of Alberta (the “Receivership Order”).
Pursuant to the Receivership Order the Receiver is permitted to market any or all the Debtors’ property, together with promoting and soliciting presents in respect of the property (the “SSP”). The SSP is meant to solicit curiosity in, and alternatives for a sale of all, or a part of, Debtors’ belongings and enterprise operations on a going concern foundation.
