Minneapolis-based non-public fairness agency ShoreView introduced Dec. 23 that it has offered Cornerstone Foodservice Group — a distributor, designer and producer of small business foodservice gear, induction and ventless options, sneedguards and premium pizza pans and bakeware.
Headquartered in Naperville, IL, CFG is comprised of a household of manufacturers — Spring USA, Astra Manufacturing, LloydPans, Versa-Gard and Equipex — that cater to the restaurant, resort, comfort and grocery and bakery industries.
ShoreView made a strategic funding in CFG in 2016 again when it was identified solely as Spring Company and a designer and supplier of foodservice gear for the hospitality sector. Since then, CFG has accomplished 4 add-on acquisitions.
The PE agency mentioned it has existed its funding in CFG to a different strategic investor.
