Caribbean model Duppy Share has celebrated its first decade in enterprise with a spiced rum aged for as much as 10 years.


Named Duppy Share Legacy Version, the expression was crafted from a mix of rums from Jamaica and Barbados. The mix was aged as much as aged as much as 10 years in ex-Bourbon barrels.
As well as, the mix was infused with fastidiously chosen spices, which the model says has created a rum of ‘depth and class’. Its notes embody Jamaican molasses, vanilla, honey, salted caramel and raisin.
Founder George Frost stated: “I began Duppy Share with a easy perception: rum deserves higher, and this bottle marks a decade of our mission to do rum justice.
“Mixing a choice of rums aged as much as 10 years, infused with spices and bottles with craft, care and fervour. I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve created with Legacy Version and I hope you like it as a lot as I do.”
The rum will probably be out there on the model’s web site from 1 September for £38 (US$50).
It’s a restricted version and there are solely 21 bottles remaining for pre-order on the time of writing.
The model was based by Frost – who’s the son of broadcaster Sir David Frost – in 2015. It’s backed by British musician Kano.
In 2024, Duppy Share explored the ready-to-drink market by collaborations with smooth drink manufacturers Ting and Outdated Jamaica.
Earlier this month, the model set a Guinness World Document for the most important rum Punch.
