Arlington, VA — SNAC Worldwide offered Andy and Tony Caridis of Warmth and Management with its 2025 Circle of Honor Award, throughout SNAXPO25 in Orlando. The Circle of Honor Award acknowledges visionary and transformative executives within the snack meals business.
Andy based Warmth and Management in 1950 with the intention of revolutionizing meals business heating strategies. His unique innovation — a distant warmth exchanger designed to exchange direct burner methods — sparked a long time of expertise improvement.
Beneath the management of the father-son staff, Warmth and Management has launched state-of-the-art tools, resembling thermal ovens, rooster fryers, and potato chip fryers — expertise that at present powers manufacturing strains for snack producers worldwide.
