UK: The winners of the 2025 Serviced House Awards celebrated final night time on the tenth milestone ceremony, held at Sheraton Grand London Park Lane.
Hosted by humorist Jake Lambert and SAN and BHN editor Eloise Hanson, greater than 250 worldwide visitors attended the black tie awards ceremony.
16 of the awards had been judged independently by a panel of trade specialists, and three had been voted for by readers of SAN. One unique award for Excellent Achievement was determined by the SAN crew.
