Pork leaders urge assist for Prop 12 repair in farm invoice
The Nationwide Pork Producers Council is urging folks to contact federal lawmakers to assist the Proposition 12 repair within the farm invoice.
Keri Retallick with the Wisconsin Pork Affiliation says, “If we don’t get it into this farm invoice, we’re actually involved that it received’t be in for a very long time.”

Retallick says pork producers already use the nationwide We Care program, the Pork High quality Assurance certification program, and the Transport High quality Assurance program to take nice care of their animals, and Prop 12 is pointless and costly for producers and customers.
