It’s like in case your tío threw a pool occasion in Tulum—pineapple on the grill, grapefruit within the sky, and Pocho Fino flowing like chisme on the carne asada.

Smoky Pineapple Paloma
Components
- 2 oz Pocho Fino Grilled Pineapple
- ¾ oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Contemporary Grapefruit Juice
- ½ oz Contemporary Lime Juice
- ¼ oz Agave Nectar (regulate to style)
- 2 oz Membership Soda (to prime)
- Smoked Sea Salt or Chili Salt (for rim)
- Grilled Pineapple Wedge, Single Pineapple Leaf (garnish)
Preparation
- Rim a highball or Collins glass with smoked sea salt (or chili salt).
- Add Pocho Fino Grilled Pineapple, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave to the glass with ice.
- Gently stir to mix.
- Prime with membership soda.
- Garnish with a grilled pineapple wedge and single pineapple leaf.
